Re:  Proposed Conditional Use Permit for Accessory Building with Living Space

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Madison County Planning and Zoning Commission at or after the hour of 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday November 9, 2022, in the Madison County Commissioner Room, 159 E Main, Rexburg, Idaho, 83440, regarding a proposed Conditional Use Permit for an accessory building with a living space on property owned by Robin and Reginal Wight, located approximately at 2372 E 2000 N Sugar City Idaho. The property consists of approximately 40.35 acres, and is further described as follows:

The applicant proposes they be issued a conditional use permit for an accessory building with living space on this parcel, as defined in the Madison County Code book, Part II Unified Development Code, Chapter 101 General Administrative Provision, Article V, Conditional Use Permit, and section 117-21 land use table zoning.  This parcel is currently zoned Agriculture.  Without the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit, an accessory building with living space is not permitted on this parcel.

Re:  Proposed Conditional Use Permit for Landfill

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Madison County Planning and Zoning Commission at or after the hour of 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday November 9, 2022, in the Madison County Commissioner Room, 159 E Main, Rexburg, Idaho, 83440, regarding a proposed Conditional Use Permit for a landfill on property owned by Eastern Idaho Regional Solid Waste District, located at approximately Long Hollow Road near Newdale. The property consists of approximately 946.47 acres and is more particularly described as follows:

The applicant proposes they be issued a conditional use permit for a landfill on this parcel, as defined in the Madison County Code book, Part II Unified Development Code, Chapter 101 General Administrative Provision, Article V, Conditional Use Permit, and section 117-21 land use table zoning.  This parcel is currently zoned State Lands, and is pending the zoning designation of Agriculture.  Without the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit, a landfill is not permitted on this parcel.
